DESCRIPTION:
 100% acrylic based, trowelable water-proof membrane and air barrier.
Designed for use as water reisistive barrier and air barrier behind EIFS.
Extremely flexible: can bridge hairline cracks and accomodate small movements.
Contains biocides to provide protection against mildew, mold and algae growth
USES:
Water resistive barrier for Parex EIFS and Stucco.
COMPOSITION:
Binder Base: 100 percent acrylic.
Water Based: VOC compliant
Color: Light Gray
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
Will meet or exceed the following test results:
Freeze-thaw (9ASTM C67)
 - No detrimental effects after 60 cycles
Water Resistance (ASTM D2247)
- No cracking, erosion, or other detrimental effects after 14 days
Water Vapor Transmission (ASTM E96)
- 16.5 gms/m2 per 24-Hr
Air Leakage (ASTM E283)
- 004L/(s·m2), Type III Barrier Classification
Water Penetration (ASTM E331)
- No penetration at innermost plane of wall at 6.24 psf pressure differential
Waterproof as tested by AATCC Test Method 127:
Test results: No water penetration
