CLEAR SEALER		 DESCRIPTION:
100 percent acrylic-based transparent coating
Contains EPA-registered mildewcide and algicide
Dirt resistant
The coating hardens and does not soften under solar heating. The non-tacky surface provides high resistance to accumulation of dirt and pollutants.
Water vapor permeable

USES:
Protects finishes from harmful UV light
Well-suited for use with darker colors to increase fade resistance
Aids finishes in resisting chalking
A protective exterior acrylic-based coating. Compatible with Parex DPR finishes. May be applied over them
As a protective coating for Cerastone®, Spraystone, and Tuffstone Granite
Masonry sealer

COMPOSITION:
Binder base: 100 percent Acrylic
Water-based: VOC compliant
Solids:
By weight: 20 percent
By volume: 19 percent
Appearance: Clear-slight gloss may be apparent on smoother surfaces.
